Adam Kleinberg is CEO and founder of Traction, an agency in San Francisco that believes everything is interactive. He is a prominent voice in the advertising industry and was recognized on the iMedia 25 list as one of the top digital innovators in 2012. He was one of three digital creative directors in the U.S. recognized as an Online Media and Marketing All Star in 2013. Traction, which works to align psychology and technology to create ideas that solve business problems, nabbed Silver for Ad Age Small Agency of the Year on the West Coast, was a finalist for iMedia’s Small Agency of the Year and won Interactive Agency of the Year from B to B Magazine (for the second time).
Kleinberg was what anyone would call an early innovator. He programmed video games on a PET computer in 1997 while he was in 6th grade and started his first blog in 1998. Today he plays a hands-on role for all agency accounts and keeps his team at the leading edge of emerging digital channels.
