Meeting Reservation Rules

ONLINE PAYMENT: Members (whose dues are fully paid for the current year) and non-members must make your reservation and payment via EventBrite. The rates for lunch meetings are currently set at $25 for members and $35 for non-members (plus processing fee). There will be an evening member mixer in June of 2018, with details to come.

REFUNDS: Once a reservation is made and paid for on EventBrite, there are no refunds available and the fee paid may not be applied to a future luncheon meeting. You may try to transfer your reservation by following the suggested action below.

TRANSFERRING A PRE-PAID RESERVATION:  Your pre-paid reservation is transferable to another SFPRRT member or non-member. This may not be accomplished via EventBrite so it is up to the individual to coordinate transferring their paid reservation to someone else and alerting House Committee Chair Janet Lynn at lynn.janet@gmail.com, by midnight the day prior to the lunch meeting about the reservation name change.

WAITING LIST:  At times, the luncheon meetings do sell out early. If you miss the registration deadline and wish to attend, let House Committee Chair Janet Lynn at lynn.janet@gmail.com and she will do her very best to assist if someone is looking to transfer their paid reservation to someone else. Avoid waiting until the last minute to ask for assistance in transferring as there are no refunds.

MEAL SELECTION:  You’ll have the choice of one of three boxed lunches (including a vegetarian option) when you complete the EventBrite registration. No changes can be made at time of service.

WALK-INS: Unless you have spoken to the House Committee Chair that morning and learn there will be a no-show, we do not recommend coming to the event to see if you can get a seat at the lunch. There is no guarantee that a last-minute attendee can be accommodated.

NON-MEMBERS: We welcome non-members to every lunch event. Non-members can purchase tickets as long as non-member-designated seats are available.
