Leadership + Communication = The New Competitive Advantage
The world has never been less impressed or inspired by today’s leaders and the organizations they represent. In an environment where change is the only constant, find out how a “liquid” approach to change and a new more “feminine” model for leadership communication have become the keys to unlocking today’s competitive advantage.
Informed by the Ketchum Leadership Communication Monitor-a global annual study exploring the views of more than 6,500 consumers in 13 countries on the relationship between effective leadership and effective communication-this session will allow you to:
- Explore the extent and nature of public disillusionment with their leaders-across 20 specific industries, 13 countries and 5 categories of leader.
- Dig deep into the direct commercial impact created by this universal distrust and discover how to protect your reputation in this skeptical environment.
- Learn about a “liquid” approach to change and how it can help give you the leadership edge.
Find out how the new, more “feminine,” leadership communication model can create true competitive advantage in 2015 and beyond.
