Qualifications for Membership:

1. Applicant has five years of public relations experience and is presently employed in public relations/marketing or teaching public relations/marketing. Applicants with a combined five years of journalistic and public relations experience will be considered.

2. Applicant occupies a senior managerial position with public relations functions, or has a position and/or experience acceptable to the Board of Governors.

3. The professional and personal reputation of the applicant must be above question.

4. Applicant should have a sincere interest in the activities of the organization, and be able to attend a minimum of two events per year.

Procedure for Applying:

1. Complete and submit this form (button below). Two current members in good standing must endorse the application; the Membership Chair can assist the applicant with finding endorsers.

2. Applications will be submitted for a vote of the Board of Governors.

3. If approved, Membership Chair will notify the new member and provide a link to pay the required dues.
